Some useful information to use the Polish Tourist Voucher payment: The first step is to activate the Polish Tourist Voucher in PUE ZUS (useful link to register an account https://www.zus.pl/pue/prezentacja). You can pay with the Polish Tourist Voucher several times until the funds are exhausted. The voucher is a form of non-cash settlement. Only one 16-digit code is generated for each family, regardless of the number of children eligible for the program. The Polish Tourist Voucher can only be used to pay for reservations made directly at the facility, i.e. by e-mail, telephone, e-mail, or using the hotel's online reservation system. The Polish Tourist Voucher may cover the costs of the advance payment for the stay or the costs of the stay. The receptionist will ask you to provide a unique 16-digit number and then enter a specific amount of funds towards your stay on the https://bonturystyczny.zus.pl platform. To confirm, you will receive a 4-digit transaction authorization code in an SMS or e-mail. You must provide this code to the receptionist to confirm the blocking of funds on your account. After authorizing the transaction, you will receive feedback about the transaction. In this process, it is necessary to have access to the SMS or e-mail that you have indicated in PUE ZUS. You pay the reservation fee by card or cash upon check-in. An invoice will not be issued to the company for the stay because these funds are intended for the child.
